Among the Villas, in Spain or France, we have always worked the land. Pierre-Jean never inherited vines but he harvested the grapes, visited cellars, tasted wines, traced the vineyard routes with his winegrower friends. 1992: this is the big leap for Burgundy and its prestigious estates, Mommessin, Clos de Tart… Pierre-Jean Villa follows the wine, from production to marketing. 2003: Pierre-Jean Villa, returns to his land of 39;s childhood and joined the trio of Vins de Vienne. He was the guardian of the temple until 2009. 2009: Pierre-Jean Villa creates his estate in the heart of the northern Rhône and begins his new life as a 100% independent winemaker. 2020: last year before certification in Organic, the field s is established among the essential addresses of the northern Rhône with 17 hectares of major wines spread over the right and left banks of the Rhône: Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu , Saint-Joseph, Crozes-Hermitage and on the hillsides of Seyssuel north of Vienne.
